Make an appointment
You can make an appointment by completing and submitting a form to the reception of ‘Floris’ medical center.
Upon submission of the form, a receptionist of the medical center will contact you by telephone to tell you all the information regarding your appointment. Call-backs are processed from 8-00 to 16-00 on weekdays.
